Welcome all Wildcats!
We are so excited to welcome your student to the McCleary School District! New
students need to complete the McCleary School District application for student
enrollment forms and submit them to the McCleary School Office.
Please gather these three required documents before you get started:
- Proof of Residency (e.g. utility bill or renter’s statement, etc., in the name of the legal guardian)
- Birth Certificate
- Certificate of Immunization (health department approved options)
